At The Swim Wizard, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns on most items that are in new, unused condition and still in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department. They will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions. You will receive this information via email from our customer service team. Please note that we cannot accept returns without an authorization number, and such returns will not be eligible for credit.
Once you obtain the return authorization, we will email you a return label. If you choose to use our provided return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit issued to you. Alternatively, you can use a different shipping method as long as it complies with the instructions emailed to you. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking capability and insuring the returned item. The Swim Wizard cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns not shipped with our provided return label.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that any returns are completed within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to your return.
